September kicks off another school year, but just because you’re a working professional doesn’t mean the learning stops.
LinkedIn Learning is helping employees brush up on their professional skills by offering 20 of its most popular courses for free through October 15. The courses teach skills to help employees succeed in and out of the office, and build stronger, more productive teams. Many of the most popular offerings cover important workplace topics like unconscious bias and DEI tactics, as well as communication strategies and other technical skills.

Employees are hungry for opportunities to advance their careers with learning and development, says Dan Brodnitz, LinkedIn Learning’s global head of content strategy. The platform’s most popular course offerings reflect the desire of both employers and employees to be armed with the tools and knowledge to excel.
“This year’s list is a direct reflection of the changing world of work, where the lines between personal and professional lives are blurred. We’re rethinking the way we work, how we work, and, for many of us, why we work,” Bronitz says. “By creating a strong culture of learning, employees gain the ability to learn the skills they need for not only their role, but also to adapt quickly with new business needs as they arise.”
