NEW DELHI- The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has revised the schedule of the first round of Karnataka PGCET 2021 seat allocation. As per the revised schedule, the Karnataka PGCET counselling 2021 display of seat matrix and fee structure will take place on January 11, 2022, after 2:00 PM. Earlier, the display of the seat matrix date was January 6.

The decision to revise the schedule of first-round seat allocation of Karnataka PGCET counselling 2021 has been taken due to the weekend lockdown imposed by the Government of Karnataka. Eligible candidates can avail the facility of Karnataka PGCET option entry from January 11 to 13, 2022.

Date and time schedule
Display of seat matrix and fee structure- for all disciplines
January 11, 2022 after 2:00 PM
Option entry (priority of options) by eligible candidates
January 11, 2022 from 7:00 PM to January 13, 2022 up to 4:00 PM
Publication of mock allotment results
January 14, 2022 after 4:00 PM
Provision to change option entry by eligible candidates (after verifying the mock allotment results, candidates are free to change, reorder, delete and add to their choices of courses/ colleges as per their preference)
January 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to January 17, 2022 up to 11:00 AM
Publication of first-round real seat allotment result
January 18, 2022 after 11:00 AM
Exercising choices by the seat allotted candidates in consultation with their parents
January 19, 2022 after 4:00 PM to January 20, 2022 up to 11:00 AM
Payment of fees by choice 1 and choice 2 candidates
January 20 to 24, 2022 (Banking working hours)
Last date for reporting at the allotted colleges (Choice 1 candidates only) along with all the originals as per verification slip
January 25, 2022 before 5:30 PM

The mock seat allotment result will be available on January 14 after 4:00 PM. The motive behind the publication of the KPGCET mock seat allotment results is to make students familiar with the seat allotment process and give them an idea about their Karnataka PGCET seat allotment. Candidates will modify their choices based on the result of mock allotment.
Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission to the postgraduate management, engineering programmes offered by the participating institutes. The Karnataka PGCET 2021 exam for MBA and MCA exam was conducted on November 14 and M.Tech exam was conducted on November 13. Karnataka PGCET 2021 result was announced on December 19 at kea.kar.nic.in.
