CBSE 12th Term 1 Result 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the result of class 12 term 1 examinations 2021 by this week. The students who have appeared in the CBSE Class 12 exam can check the result at cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, if available online. CBSE term 1 result will also be available on the DigiLocker app and digilocker.gov.in.

The class 12 result once released offline, the marksheets will be available from schools. To get the CBSE term 1 Class 12 marksheets, the students will have to contact their schools.
Earlier, CBSE released the class 10 result in offline mode on March 11, and the students’ marksheets were shared with schools over email. Over 36 lakh students appeared in the term 1 10th, 12th exams which were held in November-December.
Students can download the Term 2 CBSE Board exam Class 10, 12 sample papers from the CBSE website — cbseacademic.nic.in.
In the beginning of term-1 exams, the CBSE followed a same-day evaluation policy – at the end of the exam, the answer sheets were evaluated at the exam centre and after that, answer keys were made available. However, for the last few papers of Class 12, the board had dropped it.
Though there is no official update on 12th result declaration, CBSE may release the result offline like class 10. CBSE Class 10 result was declared offline on Friday, March 11 and the board passed the performance results of the term 1 exam to schools. "The Board is informing the schools only about the theory performance of their students of Class X in a collective manner. CBSE term 1 results will be available on cbseresults.nic.in. Apart from the board website, the other methods to check 10th, 12th results include the DigiLocker app and the website – digilocker.gov.in; results.gov.in and the UMANG app.
The CBSE term 1 result which is due to be released soon for the students of Class 10 and Class 12 will not have pass or fail or essential repeat status. The final CBSE result will be published after term 2 exams. The datesheets of CBSE term 2 exams is yet to be released.
After the Class 12 accountancy exam, an audio message was circulated on social media that said students will get up to six extra marks. However, the board later said the audio is fake and no such announcement has been made.
CBSE term 2 board exams will begin on April 26. The date sheets have been released on cbse.gov.in. In term-2 exams, students will answer both objective and subjective type questions.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made the scores of theory marks pf Class 10 term 1 available to the schools. As internal assessment and practical scores were already available with the schools, the board has communicated only the scores of term 1 theory exams held in November-December 2021. CBSE has made the online dispute redressal mechanism for term 1 examinations available. The facility will be available till March 26. However, CBSE added, disputes regarding CBSE term 1 result scores will be decided along with the verification and after the declaration of Term 2 results.

Last year, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had released the CBSE Class 10 result after the declaration of Class 12 result. The CBSE Class 10 result date last year was August 3, 2021. The CBSE result Class 10 is declared on the official websites of the board — cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. A pass percentage of 99.04 per cent was recorded last year. Apart from the official websites, the CBSE 10th results were available on the official UMANG websites, DigiLocker app and also through IVRS and SMS.
Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance, or UMANG app may also host CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 term 1 results. The app is developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the National e-Governance Division (NeGD).Candidates can download the app from Google PlayStore (Android) or App Store (iOS).
CBSE will conduct term 2 board exams for Class 10 and Class 12 from April 26. The exams will be held offline for both objective and subjective type questions.

This time, no average scores will be given to absentees; however, CBSE will decide the calculation during the release of final score card.
