ISRO has announced a free online course on artificial intelligence for earth observation and geodata handling and processing
ISRO has invited applications from interested students and professionals for yet another free online course. The course called “Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Earth Observation (EO) and geodata handling and processing” will be conducted from 2 to 13 May 2022. ISRO free online course is often conducted by Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), a unit under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Department of Space, Government of India.
IIRS is a premier Training and Educational Institute set-up for developing trained professionals in the field of remote sensing, geoinformatics and GNSS technology for natural resources, environmental and disaster management. The IIRS Outreach Program focusses on strengthening the academia and user segments in space technology and its applications using online learning platforms. The ISRO free online course will be offered through IIRS e-class platform.
