In less than two months, Pennsylvania voters will choose a new governor, and the top two candidates have diverging views on many important points.

“To anyone who has ever, ever had a dream … I am here to tell you that this is what believing looks like,” Ralph said, in an inspiring speech for the ages.

Mayor Kenney starts with a groundbreaking at Fotteral Square Park in Glenwood, part of the Rebuild program (10:30 a.m.). He then heads to City Hall to present a Liberty Bell replica to Ryan Long, the Philly resident who had a historic Jeopardy winning streak this spring and will return to the Tournament of Champions this fall (12:30 p.m.).
