The MeeSeva portal provides ease to applicants to apply for various certificates. After downloading the EC certificate application form. Applicants will have to fill out the application form and have to submit it to the MeeSeva centre. The application should be correct and relevant documents must be attached to the application form. The form will be submitted and after a period of days, applicants can track it through the IGRS Telangana Portal.

The Encumbrance service certificate can be obtained by paying a service charge of Rs 25. Along with the service charge, an additional amount is payable to obtain the Encumbrance Certificate. Being a legal document, application fees for the processing of Encumbrance Certificate for the applicants who are 30 years old and above have to pay Rs 500/-. Other applicants who are below 30 years of age will have to pay Rs 200/-.
