List Of Agriculture Entrance Exams 2022 कृषि: Agriculture is becoming a popular stream among students and many universities also offer courses related to agriculture. There are various courses available in different universities at under graduation and post-graduation level. Due to many obvious reasons, the students are not much aware of the agriculture courses and they don’t know much about how to get admission to this course. To get admission in this course the students will have to take the entrance test organized by different universities. In this article, we have compiled the process to get admission to Agriculture courses offered by different universities.

As shown by name this exam is conducted on the national level and students can apply online to participate in this entrance examination. The ICAR AIEEEA exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the national level. Based on the marks scored by the students in this exam they get admission to UG and PG courses in Agriculture.
NTA releases the online form for the applicants and interested and eligible applicants can fill out the online application and submit it along with the application fee. After this NTA release the Admit Card for the applicants so that they can take the examination. Almost every big city in all the states has an exam centre where ICAR AIEEA participants can take the entrance exam.
Generally, the authorities release the application form for the admission seekers in the agriculture course in May month. The entrance exam is conducted in June. Based on the applicants’ performance the officials release a merit list and cut-off marks. Those students who have scored more or equal marks to the cut-off marks get admission in B. Sc Agriculture.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada conducts this state-level examination to offer admission to aspirants in Engineering and Agriculture courses. To take this examination it is a must for the participants to belong either to Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. The exam is known as AP EAMCET. Usually, the exam is conducted in April month but this year due to COVID 19 it has been postponed till June.
The authorities release an online application form for interested and eligible participants. The students will have to fill out and submit the form online along with the application fee. The authorities releases the admit card online before the entrance exam date and applicants will have to download it from the official website of the university. On the release of the result of the entrance exam, the students get admission in UG and PG courses of Agriculture in Agriculture.
Bihar state organizes Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination popular as BCECE to offer admission to students in various UG courses. The students must have done 12th to participate in BCECE. As it is a state-level examination only so students from Bihar only can participate in this examination. Based on the candidates’ scores in BCECE they get admission in various undergraduate courses including B. Sc Agriculture and Engineering. The last date to fill out the application form to take this exam usually falls in mid-June and application forms come out in March every year. The syllabus for this state-level exam is based on the class 12th and students will have to face the MCQs in the exam.
Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board conducts the competitive exam for the students to offer them admission in the Agriculture course at the undergraduate level. JCECE is a state-level exam and it is conducted for the students of Jharkhand only. Along with agriculture, the students can get admission to various other UG courses including engineering. The application form to take this entrance test comes out in April month usually. Generally, the exam is conducted in the third week of June in the CBT form.
The KCET exam is organized by the Karnataka Examination Authority. The state-level exam is conducted to offer admission to students in different UG courses. If you have done 10+2 either with PCM or PCB then you can fill out and submit the KCET form to get admission to agriculture courses. Generally, the Karnataka Examination Authority releases the admission form in February and conducts the exam in April month. Based on the student’s score in this exam they will get admission to the top colleges of the state.
JET Agriculture is known as the Joint Entrance Exam which is conducted by Agriculture University, Kota. It is a state-level joint entrance examination. Through this exam, aspirants will get admission into different agriculture colleges in Rajasthan. The examination is generally conducted in April or May and those aspirants who clear the exam get admission to B.Sc (Agriculture, forestry and horticulture)
Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (KEAM) entrance test 2021 is a state-level entrance exam. Students can get admission in Engineering, Agriculture, Architecture, Pharmacy, Medical & Allied courses offered by the universities and colleges in the state of Kerala. This state-level examination is organized by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala. Students can get admission to the aforementioned courses after clearing this entrance test. The rank of the university to get admission will depend on the student’s score in this entrance exam.
MP Professional Examination Board, Bhopal conducts the MP PAT examination to offer admission to the Under Graduate courses of Agriculture. Aspirants who want to get admission in B.Sc (Agriculture) and B.Tech (Agriculture) can participate in this exam. The exam is also known as Madhya Pradesh Pre-Agriculture Test. The exam is conducted once a year. applicants can fill out the online application form to participate in this exam. Generally, the application form releases in March, and the exam is conducted by the board in June month.
Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) conducts the state-level examination to offer admission to applicants in various UG, PG and Doctoral courses. OUAT is a state-level examination and students from Orissa can participate in this examination only. After clearing the exam the students will find plenty of options related to agriculture to complete their studies in them. The application form to participate in this state-level exam came out in Feb and it is expected that the authorities will examine in July month.
Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Entrance Test, popularly known as TS EAMCET is a state-level examination. This is an entrance examination to offer admission to the students in agriculture courses at the UG level. The entrance exam is regulated by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The application form to participate in this exam is available from March and the exam may be conducted in July month.

This exam is conducted by Lovely Professional University. LPU NEST is a university-level exam and based on students’ scores in this exam they will get admission to Agriculture, engineering, and other UG courses. The exam is regulated by the concerned authorities of LPU.
Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University arranges the BVP CET exam every year to offer admission to students in various UG and PG courses. Students who want to get admission to courses related to agriculture, law, nursing, and many others can fill out and submit the application form to take this exam. The exam is conducted in offline mode and students get admission to different courses based on their rank in the exam.
SAAT (Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test) is a university-level entrance test. This test is organized by Siksha O’ Anusandhan University to offer admission to the selected students in UG courses of Agriculture and others. Generally, the exam is organized in May month but this year a delay is expected in the entrance examination.
Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) a well-known university organizes entrance examinations to offer admission to students in various UG and PG courses including Agriculture. The entrance exam is organized by the university every year usually in the month of May. Students get admission to the course of their choice based on their marks in the entrance exam.
Allahabad University (University of Allahabad) another well-known university of Utter Pradesh organizes an entrance exam on its level to offer admission to students in UG and PG courses of Agriculture and others. The application forms are usually out in the month of April and the entrance exam is conducted in May.
