Fannin County, Texas — Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service hosting “Do Well Be Well with Diabetes,” an educational program series for people with Type 2 Diabetes and caregivers. Classes are FREE!
Classes will be held at the Derrell Hall Education Center at 2505 N. Center Street from 3:00pm-5:00 pm on starting Tuesday, November 8! (November 8; November 15; November 22; November 29).
Featured speaker will be Alicia Fowler, PA-C with Family Healthcare, Bonham Specialty Clinic.
Do Well Be Well with Diabetes is designed to teach simple ways to manage Type 2 Diabetes and take control of your health and your life!
