Marching bands. Kids and adults – and the random pet.
Local dignitaries.
Youth groups, cheerleaders and first responders.
And Santa Claus – don’t ever forget Santa Claus at a Christmas parade.
As usual, the St. Cloud Christmas Parade, presented by the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, brought out the festive spirit of the city. Over 100 floats participated, led by parade Grand Marshall Bill Sturgeon, the recently retired St. Cloud City Manager, and tens of thousands of onlookers lined Massachusetts and Florida Avenues and 12th Street.
The parade was preceded by musical entertainment, and was part of a weekend holiday festival.
