ISRO free online course on Global Navigation Satellite System, and location based services is being offered through the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), a unit under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Department of Space, Government of India. The 12-day free online course will be conducted from 21 February to 4 March 2022. Those who successfully complete the course, and take an examination will also be a give a certificate.
While the website does not mention much about the content of the course,ISRO generally aims at training manpower in global navigation satellite system and associated geospatial technologies as the usage of these technologies is increasing rapidly.
