KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology signed MoU with Coursera on 11th September 2022 in the august presence of Dr. M.Akila, Principal, KPRIET and Shri. Dulles Krishnan, Managing Director, India and ANZ and Shri.D.Vinoth, Enterprise Director-Universities, Dr.S.Karthikeyan, SPoC(Coursera) and HOD/AIML, and other senior functionaries.
The objective of MoU is to empower all KPRIET students/aspirants across programs through right skilling & delivering great career outcomes for each graduate. Next, Faculty upskilling in their domains, support them in the creation of their own MOOCs and build research capacity, and finally, modernize the curriculum, and enhance the teaching-learning process by bringing in emerging technologies content from top-ranked global & Indian universities.
KPRIET signed MoU with NASSCOM for Industry-aligned skill development of students KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology entered an MoU with Future Skills  Prime India on 11th   September 2022 in the august presence of Dr. M.Akila, Principal, KPRIET; and Shri. Navanit Samaiyar, Head, Future Skills India and Shri. Udaya Sankar, Deputy Director,Skill Sector Council NASSCOM, Dr.S.Karthikeyan, SPoC(NAS SCOM) and HOD/AIML, and other senior functionaries.  Future skills is a MeitY-NASSCOM national digital skilling Initiative of platform for India. 
This MoU will make skill development courses available on the “Future Skills Prime” platform of NASSCOM to all the students and faculty members of higher education.  Also, this program covers Foundation, Bridge and Deep Skilling courses across technologies, including AI, IoT, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Digital Engineering courses etc. 
Further stating that, skill development needs to focus on aligning skill courses with standards, faculty training, and infrastructure resources, Shri.Navanit Samaiyar said, all these aspects are considered in this initiative. Under this MoU, all the courses are free for the KPRIET students and guest motivated them to register for various emerging skills, core skills and professional courses.
