A warm welcome to my “Learning to Partner with Business” course. I expect to share my own experience and failures in dealing with Business-Technology, Logistics & Shared Resources etc. for 20 years. I’m going to share perspectives on embraced best practise & learning methods.

For the last decade, owing to a variety of reasons, the global workforce has been continuously changing. The combination of workers is being reshaped by an intensely dynamic market climate, rising uncertainty and the digital transition.
In the meantime, continuing confusion, a multigenerational population, and a shorter shelf life for experience have put an emphasis on reskilling and upskilling. The transition to a new, information-based economy ensures that a vibrant workforce is more important than ever: analysis shows that intangible assets, qualified workers, excellent executives, and knowledge are the source of a very large percentage of market capitalization in public corporations.
The value of the learning-and-development (L&D) role and more for the Learning Partner for Companies has been increased by all these developments.
