The NorCal SBDC Finance Center presents “Expansion Capital for Profitable Business More Than 2 Years Old” from 10:30 a.m. to noon Tuesday. Learn how to establish goals and habits that will help participants stay focused on achieving goals. This webinar is taught by Tim Merrill, Solano-Napa SBDC director.

This human resources workshop is part one in a three-park series for small businesses. It is taught by Rhonda Bennett, a human resources specialist and business adviser.
“Orientations for NxLevel Entrepreneurship” training courses are scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Jan. 25. NxLevel is an 11-week program to help existing entrepreneurs develop a comprehensive business plan to try and develop future growth. Class dates begin in February after completion of the orientation.
