When I googled “Dwayne Johnson’s daily routine,” I got the following: “Dwayne Johnson shows his 4 a.m. exercises and early morning… ” And I became depressed; there was no way I was going to wake up at 4 a.m. to eat white omelet eggs and go on a 2-mile sprint.

Most of us, if we’re being honest, are confused and dissatisfied with the direction our lives are taking. I suppose it’s all part of the human experience. Then we (or maybe just me) look at people who seem to have their whole life worked out, from waking up at 4 a.m. to becoming millionaires by the age of 25, getting amazing jobs, and so on. How come I wasn’t a millionaire by 25, and I’ll never wake up at 4 a.m.?

However, I can assure you that I have a strategy. I really believe that. I know exactly where I’m going and how I’m going to get there. I’ll certainly (and already am) feel confused and distracted on a regular basis. But I have a map that I can refer to time and time again to help me get back on track.
