TSPSC Recruitment 2022 for 25 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualifications and Other Details
TSPSC Recruitment 2022: Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has invited online applications from qualified applicants through the proforma application to be made available on the Commission’s website to the post of Various Non-Gazetted Categories of Posts including Technical Assistant (Hydrogeology), Technical Assistant (Hydrology), Technical Assistant (Geophysics), Lab Assistant, and Junior Technical Assistant in the Ground Water Department in the State of Telangana. There are a total of 25 vacancies for the Posts.
The candidates should possess a Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 44 years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2022. An Applicant should not be born after 01/07/2004 and should not be born before 02/07/1978. Each applicant must pay Rs. 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards the Online Application Processing Fee and Rs. 80 (Rupees Eighty Only) towards the Examination Fee.
Before applying for the posts, candidates shall register themselves on the One Time Registration (OTR) through the Official Website of TSPSC. Those who have registered in OTR already shall apply by login to their profile using their TSPSC ID and Date of Birth as provided in OTR.
i) Submission of ONLINE applications starts from Dt. 07/12/2022.
ii) the Last date and time for submission of ONLINE applications up to 5.00 PM on 28/12/2022.
The payment of the Fee will be accepted up to 5:00 P.M. of the last date for submission.
Note: Applicants are requested to keep the soft copy of the following documents ready while uploading their Applications and updating the OTRs.

Number of Vacancies: 25
The number of vacancies is subject to variation on intimation being received from the Department concerned. Addition of vacancies if any, will be accepted only before the date of examination and an addendum to that effect will be issued. Deletion of vacancies if any, can be affected up to the declaration of the result.

For Technical Assistant (Hydrogeology):
Must possess M.Sc. or M.Sc. (Tech.) or M.Tech., in Geology or Applied Geology or Hydrogeology from any University or Diploma of Associateship in Applied Geology of the IIT, Dhanbad
Note 1: Any reference in these Rules to a Degree shall mean the Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.
Note 2: Any reference in these Rules to a Diploma shall mean the Diploma of a University or a Board in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.
For Technical Assistant (Hydrology):
Degree in B.E (Civil Engineering) with Geology as one of the subjects or M.Sc(Hydrology) 2 years course.
Note: Any reference in these Rules to a Degree shall mean the Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.
For Technical Assistant (Geophysics):
Degree in M.Sc or M.Sc (Tech) or M.Tech or its equivalent in Geophysics.
Note: Any reference in these Rules to a Degree shall mean the Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.
For Lab Assistant:
Degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
Note: Any reference in these Rules to a Degree shall mean the Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.
For Junior Technical Assistant:
Degree in B.Sc with Geology or Graduation with Mathematics or Geology as one of the subject.
Note: Any reference in these Rules to a Degree shall mean the Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.
Application Fees:
Application Processing Fee: Each applicant must pay Rs. 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards the Online Application Processing Fee.
Examination Fee: The applicants have to pay Rs. 80 (Rupees Eighty Only) towards the Examination Fee.
However,
a) All unemployees are exempted from payment of examination fees, and
b) All Employees of any Government (Central / State / PSUs / Corporations / Other Government sectors) have to pay the prescribed examination fee.
The Selection of Candidates for appointment to the posts will be made by a Written Examination (Objective Type) by CBRT/ OMR Based and the Selection for the posts will be based on marks secured in the written examination. The candidates will be selected and allotted to Multi-Zone, Zone as per their merit and order of Preference (web options) against the vacancies available. The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the appropriate Medical Examination, and if he/she is of sound health, and active habits free from any bodily defect or infirmity.
