MONROE, LA – The University of Louisiana Monroe campus closes at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Dec. 16, for the holiday break. The university reopens Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at 7:30 a.m.
Classes for the spring 2023 semester begin Wednesday, Jan. 11.
Dining
Dining and food services, including Starbucks, are closed for the holiday break and will reopen as follows:
Starbucks – 1/3/23 – 1/6/23 – 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
HUB – 1/7/23 – 1/10/23 – 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Schulze Dining – 1/10/23 – 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All food service locations open at 7:00 a.m. on 1/11/23 for regular hours.
Bookstore
The ULM Bookstore in Sandel Hall holiday hours are:
12/19 – 12/22 – 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
12/23 – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
12/26 – closed
12/27 – 12/30 – 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Library
The ULM Library reopens on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
Residential Life
Residence halls reopen Friday, Jan. 6, and Saturday, Jan 7, for Spring 2023 Move-In. The check-in time for both days is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and the check-in will be at the Activity Center. Please make sure your fee bill is paid or a payment plan is set up and you are registered for classes prior to move-in.
The Fall 2023 housing application goes live at 8 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 1 at https://www.ulm.edu/reslife/fall-application.html.

Faith Organizations
Campus faith organizations are closed for the holiday break.
