Such companies have decided the regulatory uncertainty and reputational risks outweigh the advantages of staying in the huge market.

“The salary disbursement is happening every month now based on the cash flow that we have,” said Purwar.
“Today, BSNL is operationally stable organisation, and on a right path. The challenge is only interest outgo on debt which comes to the tune of Rs 200 crore to Rs 1,000 every month,” Pravin K Purwar told ETTelecom.
