A firm led by luxury homebuilder Todd Michael Glaser sold a recently renovated Palm Beach mansion for $15.5 million to the company of prominent Boston businesswoman Sandra Edgerley.
Glaser’s company, 215 Indian Road LLC, sold the 4,573-square-foot home at the same address to 29 Hexagon LLC, a Brookline, Massachusetts-based company managed by Edgerley, who is also the founder and president of Boston-based luxury real estate firm Hexagon Properties. Suzanne Trapani-Frisbie of Corcoran Group represented the seller in the deal. The price equated to $3,389 a square foot.
The home last traded for $6.4 million in April 2021. Glaser said the renovations included a new roof, impact-resistant windows, wood floors, new bathrooms and kitchens, new landscaping and mosaic tiles in the pool. His wife Kim Glaser handled the interior design.
It was on the market less than a week before it went under contract, he added.
The home was built on the landlocked site of 0.3 acres in 1950. It features five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a pool, a floating glass staircase and a balcony.
This continues a huge month for Glaser, who recently sold two other mansions in Palm Beach for a combined $70.1 million.
As for the buyer, Edgerley previously worked at private equity firm Bain & Co., which was once led by her husband, Paul Edgerley. She now leads luxury residential developer Hexagon Properties and co-founded the Quin members-only social club with her husband. She’s also heavily involved in nonprofit organizations, including the Boston Foundation, the Boys and Girls Club of Boston, Harvard University, the City Year National Board, the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, Horizons for Homeless Children, and the Mass General Hospital President’s Council.
This isn’t her only home in Palm Beach. In March, 29 Hexagon LLC paid $7.75 million for the 3,277-square-foot home at 265 List Road.
