MESC conducting free online workshops for all film and photography lovers – India Education Diary

New Delhi: Media and Entertainment Skills Council, under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, will host a workshop on Mobile Photography and Filmmaking in association with SAE institute Dubai under the initiative of Creative Warriors. These three days workshops will start on 15th June and the event is free to anyone interested in film production.
Facilitated by industry professionals, this workshop is an introduction to the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking and photography. Participants will learn about the craft of screenwriting, storyboarding, creating a shooting script, production management, casting, directing, working on a crew, cinematography, lighting, sound and post-production editing. Candidates will also learn about the different technical aspects of photography.

Mr. Mohit Soni, CEO of MESC said: “We’re excited to host this free workshop to help prepare young creative warriors and just teach the art of filmmaking and photography to anyone interested.” “Even though it’s virtual, I’m confident we have a solid group of presenters that will make the sessions engaging. Darren works at SAE Institute Dubai as a Technical Supervisor assisting students and faculty with technical support. Darren is passionate about teaching as it allows him to meet people from different backgrounds and he believes he can learn a little from everyone in the process.
