The parade of Bay Area companies heading to Wall Street just keeps on coming.
This week, three local companies are expected to complete initial public offerings. Next week, a pair of Bay Area blank-check companies will ask their shareholders to vote on mergers that would take public a local startup and a startup that might as well be local. Meanwhile, yet another regional company is readying for an IPO, setting a price range for its prospective offering.
