PEOPLE in Clydebank are being invited to sign up for a free course in confidence-building.
Led by West Dunbartonshire Council’s Working4U adult learning team, the Inspire course lasts for six weeks and aims to increase people’s confidence and inspire them to try new learning experiences.
Inputs can vary but generally focus on confidence, anxiety, and money advice.
A cuppa and a chat will be provided as well as the chance to spend time on your personal development and self-discovery.
The free course runs in Dumbarton on Tuesday, August 23 at 10.30am. A further course takes place in Dalmuir the following day at the same time.
For more information or to sign up to take part in the course, call 01389 738775, text 07951 398980, or send a message to the Working4U Adult Learning page on Facebook.
