CBSE 10th, 12th Results 2022 Live: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 10th and 12th result today, July 22. The board has declared the consolidated CBSE Class 10, 12 result considering the term 1 and term 2 marks. While term 1 result weightage is 30 per cent, the term 2 is 70 per cent. Students can check the Class 10, 12 results on the websites- cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in. To check CBSE 10th, 12th results, click on the CBSE class-wise result link, use roll numbers, school numbers and admit card IDs.
Apart from the official result CBSE website, the Class 10, 12 scorecard is available on the DigiLocker and UMANG app. Students need their roll numbers and school numbers to download scorecards.
The CBSE will conduct the Class 10, 12 board exam 2023 from February 15, 2023.
The CBSE has provided opportunity to Intermediate (Class 12) students to improve their performance in any one subject in the CBSE compartment exam 2022. The students who are place in the compartment category can appear for the compartment exam slated to be held from August 23, 2022. The compartment examinations will be held on the syllabus of CBSE Term 2 examinations.
This year, CBSE will be providing Class 10 and Class 12 printed mark sheets cum passing certificates to students along with the electronic documents.
CBSE has released the Class 10, 12 digital mark sheets in their DigiLocker account. Students can download it using the PIN provided by their respective schools ahead of the CBSE result declaration.
Girls outshone boys in the CBSE class 10 and 12 exams which saw a pass percentage of 94.4 and 92.71 respectively, according to results announced on Friday. The pass percentage in the CBSE Class 12 exam has gone up by over 9 percentage points in comparison to the pre-pandemic academic session of 2018-19 while a similar jump has been seen in the number of candidates scoring above 95 and 90 per cent marks.

This year CBSE 10th, 12th result has been declared on the same day. The pass percentage has been recorded as 94.40 per cent for CBSE Class 10 result and 92.71 per cent for Class 12.

Students will be allowed to improve their performance in one subject in the compartment exams. The students who offered six or more subjects and were not able to pass in any of the five subjects, CBSE added, will also be allowed to take the Compartment exam to improve their performance in the failed subject.

In the CBSE 12th result 2022, Trivandrum has the best pass percentage with 98.83 per cent, followed by Bengaluru- 98.16 per cent, Chennai- 97.79 per cent. Also in the CBSE 10th result 2022, Trivandrum is the best performing zone with 99.68 per cent, Bengaluru- 98.22 per cent, Chennai- 98.97 per cent.

Region-wise, Trivandrum has the most students passing with 99.68 per cent followed by Bengaluru and Chennai with 99.22 per cent and 98.97 per cent. Guwahati has the least number of students passing (82.96 per cent).

To check CBSE Class 10 result, students will be required to visit the official website — cbseresults.nic.in and click on the result link and on the nwxt window sign in with the admit card IDs, school numbers and roll numbers.

In CBSE Class 10 result 2022, the board will announce the CGPA marks secured by a student. They can convert their CBSE 10th CGPA marks into percentage marks by using the following method
CGPA x 9.5 = __% marks.
To pass in CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2022, students need to secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject individually and in aggregate.
