Without any product/engineering sample pictures available yet, a set of what appear to be internal production numbers at some unnamed manufacturing facility reveals that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 video card entered production on August 16.
Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the factory involved in manufacturing the aforementioned video card. However, the documents reveal that four production slots have been assigned to this new card, with two different models involved.
The RTX 4090 is listed with the AD102 GPU, 24 GB of memory, and four display connectors. Both models involved have the same connectivity options, consisting of one HDMI and three DP connectors. The other juicy details, such as memory and GPU frequencies or cooling hardware are not available yet. However, even if the full details of the existing samples surface in the coming days, the final product will likely get a few final tweaks via BIOS updates before reaching the market.
Do you have any expectations from the upcoming video cards by NVIDIA? How much are you willing to spend on a video card upgrade by the end of the year? Feel free to share your thoughts with us in the comments section below, as usual.
