The company has said in its exchange filing that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable, rules, regulations and provisions, please note that the Company has fixed the record date as Friday, July 15, 2022 for the payment of final dividend of INR 3.50 (175%) per equity share of face value INR 2.00 each, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to approval by the members at the 59th AGM.
