Vodafone has announced that it’s partnering with the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) provider Udemy to help small businesses get the digital training they need. The training resources will be available through the Vodafone V-Hub platform. Through this partnership, several courses have been made free to access while others have received significant discounts making the courses more accessible.
There’s hope that small businesses will use these courses to improve their digital skills so that they can thrive in an increasingly digital world. With the pandemic leaving lasting impacts in terms of how businesses operate, going digital is becoming increasingly important for those who want to stay competitive.
Explaining how to access the courses, Vodafone said:
“Using Vodafone’s V-Hub digital support platform, small businesses can easily access Udemy and hone important online skills for running a business’ daily operations. There are no sign-up fees or complicated downloads, users simply log in and then have access to hundreds of free and premium courses.”
The courses offered through Udemy cover a wide range of content from web development and Photoshop design to management training, software tutorials, and programming courses. Courses can be filtered by keyword, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Additionally, they are self-paced courses so you can do them whenever you have free time in a stress-free manner.
