Three Ontario cities made the list!
Canadians are shaking the dust off of their suitcases and getting ready to travel once again as vaccination rates rise and travel restrictions begin to fall, says a new report.
According to a report from Google, they are “seeing more searches in Canada for travel-related destination information — like travel restrictions by country and where to travel, which both recently hit all-time highs.”
International and domestic travel searches have become steadily more popular since June and are reaching all-time highs.
Staycations and workcations have also received an uptick in search over the last few months, which Google attributes to more workplaces going remote.
Google released a report on August 4 citing the top ten searched domestic destinations for Canadians this past month:
